No piece will ever be sold knowingly with a crack or any damage that deters from its value or function. • Quality Assurance: We want you to love your purchase! Rest assured that all our items undergo a thorough inspection, washing, and sanitization before being listed and shipped. We make every effort to provide detailed descriptions of any significant issues, whether cosmetic or functional, that an item may have. Please keep in mind that as vintage items, they may have slight cosmetic blemishes or defects that are considered normal for the production methods of their time or acquired through age and use. But don't worry, these do not affect their beauty, functionality or value.

• Authenticity Verification: Our sellers have extensive experience as lifelong collectors and possess the knowledge and resources necessary to verify the authenticity of the items we offer. We utilize industry books and expert guidance for authentication purposes.

• Accurate Representation: We strive to accurately represent the functionality and condition of each item through detailed descriptions and high-quality photographs. Our goal is to provide potential buyers with a clear understanding of what they can expect from their purchase.

• Fair Pricing: Our items are priced fairly based on their current market value. While they may not be considered significantly valuable at present, we offer them at prices that are reasonable and reflective of their appeal to collectors.

• After-Sales Support: We take great care in packaging your item(s) securely for safe shipment. However, if you encounter any problems with your order, we offer return requests for items returned intact within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, simply email us at Hello@haegerlicious.com, and we'll guide you through the process. Please note that all returns are subject to a possible 15% restocking fee and shipping costs. Once your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. It's important to request a return and not send the item back to us without prior communication.

• No Future Value Guarantee: We do not guarantee future appreciation of vintage pottery items as collectibles. The value of collectibles is subject to various factors and can fluctuate over time.

• Customer Feedback: We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a positive shopping experience for you. Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to inspect it. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and do everything we can to make it right. In the case of damaged or broken items, please take several photographs of the packaging and the item(s) and email them to hello@haegerlicious.com. We will provide you with a replacement, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.
